PRIVACY & DATA USE

TendyFlow Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Trendy Tendy / TendyFlow ("TendyFlow," "we," or "us") handles information through the TendyFlow application at https://amazon-pinterest-affiliate-agent.onrender.com. TendyFlow is currently a private, single-owner affiliate-content workflow application. It does not offer public registration.

Information we collect

The owner provides and manages the information used by the application. TendyFlow currently stores the following in its application database:

For security and service operation, the application may also process basic request and authentication information, such as timestamps, a one-way identifier used for login rate limiting, and secure session records. Owner authentication uses secure server-side sessions and salted password hashes. TendyFlow does not store plaintext passwords.

How we use information

We use this information only to operate and secure the owner's affiliate-content workflow: reviewing products, preparing and approving Pin drafts, tracking workflow status, displaying owner-entered performance information, maintaining the owner's session, preventing abusive login attempts, and diagnosing application health.

TendyFlow does not sell personal information or Pinterest API data. It does not use Pinterest data for advertising profiles or unrelated purposes.

Pinterest access and publishing

Pinterest API integration is not currently active, and Pinterest publishing remains disabled. If Pinterest approves API access and the owner later connects an account, TendyFlow will use Pinterest OAuth authorization. TendyFlow will not ask for or store the owner's Pinterest password or Pinterest session cookies.

Any future Pinterest access will be limited to permissions needed for the owner's own account, such as reading the owner's boards and Pins, creating Pins that the owner has approved, and reading relevant Pin performance information. Pinterest publishing will require the owner's deliberate approval or action. TendyFlow is not used for unauthorized engagement automation, including automated follows, saves, comments, or other inauthentic interactions.

Storage, protection, and retention

Application records and server-side sessions are stored in the application database hosted with the service. We use access controls, password hashing, secure production cookies, session expiration, and request protections intended to prevent unauthorized access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain workflow records while they are needed to operate the owner's account, meet legitimate recordkeeping needs, or comply with applicable obligations. Expired sessions and obsolete operational records may be removed. If Pinterest is connected in the future, Pinterest-derived data and authorization access will be retained only while needed for the connected workflow and will be deleted or disconnected when no longer needed, subject to legal or security requirements.

Third-party services

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. TendyFlow does not claim that Pinterest API access is currently connected or available.

Your choices and deletion requests

The owner can stop using TendyFlow or, if Pinterest access is connected in the future, revoke that connection through Pinterest and request removal of associated stored data. To request access, correction, or deletion of TendyFlow data, contact Trendy Tendy / TendyFlow at eabreferral@gmail.com. We will verify the request and delete applicable information from active systems, subject to information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or backup purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as TendyFlow's functionality or legal obligations change. The date above will identify the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this public page.
